Pre-visit

Q: May we schedule a tour?

A: Yes, please contact us to schedule an appointment.

Q: Will my pet share a kennel?

A: Each pet has their own individual pen (unless you request for your pets to share a pen).

Q: What schedule will our dog experience?

A: We have a minimum of six outings per day (30-45 mins, weather depending) of supervised play time. Meal time is after drop-off and pick-up times.

Q: Do I need to reserve a spot?

A: Yes, please contact us to reserve a spot as early as possible to ensure we have room. If we are fully booked, we are happy to call you if we have an opening.

First visit

Q: What should I bring?

A: Please bring your pet's food, and any medication/injections they require. We recommend to also bring your pet's favorite bedding and toys. We provide kitty litter for your cats.

Q: What vaccinations are required?

A: We require bortadella, rabies, and distemper combo (DHPP).

Pay

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept cash, credit, and e-transfer.

Q: When do I pay for my pet's boarding?

A: We accept payment upon pick-up of your dog.

Q: What about deposits and cancellations?

A: For long stays (over 2 weeks) we require a $300 deposit. There is no charge for cancellations with over 24 hours notice. For cancellations without notice and no shows,  we will require that you pay 50% of the total unpaid past visit before booking again.

Hours

Q: When are your drop-off and pick-up times?

A: Our drop/off and pick-up times are 8-9am, and 5-6pm.

Q: Are you open on holidays?

A: We are open 365 days a year to care for your pets. However, we are closed for drop-off and pick-up on December 24th evening (weekend only), December 25th, December 26th, December 31st evening (weekend only) and January 1st. 

Food

Q: Can you accommodate raw, frozen, and heated food?

A: Yes, we have a fridge, freezer, and microwave to accommodate different diets.

Q: Can we drop-off food during your off-hours?

A: Yes, we have a black drop-off bin in front. Please let us know if you drop anything off for your dog.

Medical

Q: Do you accommodate special needs pets?

A: Yes, please describe what special care your pet requires and we will be happy to accommodate.

Q: What happens if our pet becomes sick while there?

A: We will go over your emergency contact information upon drop-off. We will contact you if there are any health concerns while your pet is staying with us. In case of an emergency, we will take your pet to the nearest available veterinarian. Justine, the owner, is an experienced veterinary technician, so your pet is in capable hands.

Q: Can my pet receive his/her medication while boarding?

A: Yes, please leave detailed instructions on drop-off. We charge $1 per pill, and $2.50 per injection during your pet's stay.

General

Q: Can I call to check in on my pet while they are boarding?

A: Yes, feel free to contact us to check up on your pet. You can also check on our Facebook page, where we post pictures daily.

Q: Is the kennel heated and air conditioned?

A: Yes, we have central air, radiant heated floors, and air conditioning. Outside, we have a sprinkler system to keep the temperature of the artificial grass cool during the summer.

Q: My dog is scared of big dogs. Can they play with small dogs only?

A: Yes, we separate dogs based on personality, energy levels, size, and age, to ensure all of our dogs have fun playing with their friends.

Q: Can our dog be groomed while boarding?

A: Please contact us and, if possible, we will schedule your grooming appointment during your dog's stay.
